Racquel Francis is a senior Business Administration major at the University of Richmond. As a first generation college student, Racquel felt confused when it came to the realm of professionalism. Anxious about her future she consulted her university's career center. From that moment forward she has been on the path from being
clueless about all things professionally related to becoming a
capable job candidate. She started this site as a way to share what she's learned with other students like herself.
Upon graduating, Racquel plans to pursue a career in Human Resources Consulting.
